I warrant that I am 18 years of age or older. I understand the products distributed by American Wholesale Hemp™ have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. I further understand American Wholesale Hemp™ distributed products are not intended to diagnose treat, cure, or prevent any diseases. Pregnant or nursing women should not use unless recommended by their physician. I have consulted a physician who has approved my use of hemp extract products. I agree and warrant that if at any time I believe product(s) distributed by American Wholesale Hemp™ to be unsafe, I will immediately discontinue further participation with American Wholesale Hemp™ product(s) and will report the product(s), batch number(s), and issue to the American Wholesale Hemp™ authorities immediately. I understand that every person is uniquely designed and an adverse reaction to hemp products, however unlikely, is a risk due to pre-existing medical conditions, drug interaction, a possible allergic reaction, and other unique factors. Despite being aware of the risks involved with the use of hemp extracted products, I voluntarily desire and agree to use American Wholesale Hemp™ distributed products and assume all foregoing risks. I agree that I, my spouse, partner, heirs, assigns, guardians and legal representative hereby release, discharge, and covenant not to sue American Wholesale Hemp™, their respective administrators, directors, agents, officers, members, volunteers, and employees, other participants, subcontractors, vendors, advertisers, and, if applicable, owner and lessors of premises on which the hemp extract products are distributed (each considered as the "RELEASEES" herein) from all liability, claims, demands, losses, or damages on my account caused or alleged to be caused, in whole or in part, by the action, inaction or negligence of the releases. I further agree that if, despite this agreement I, or anyone on my behalf, makes a claim against any of the releases, I will indemnify, save, and hold harmless each of the releasees from any litigation, expenses, attorney fees, loss, liability, damage, or cost, which may incur as the result of such claim. I acknowledge that American Wholesale Hemp™ has the right to refuse service to any person and or company whose conduct is harassing, offensive, misrepresents products, misrepresents themselves as a representative of American Wholesale Hemp™ or co-companies, inappropriate or is an unreasonable disturbance to other clients, vendors, employees, agents, and or independent contractors. American Wholesale Hemp™ is a wholesale distributor and requires a minimum order of $1,000. All orders less than $5,000 are considered wholesale price rate orders and all orders over $5,000 are considered orders at the bulk rate.

I HAVE READ THIS AGREEMENT, FULLY UNDERSTAND ITS TERMS, UNDERSTAND THAT I HAVE GIVEN UP SUBSTANTIAL RIGHTS BY PROCEEDING AND HAVE PROCEEDED FREELY AND WITHOUT INDUCEMENT OR ASSURANCE OF ANY NATURE, AND INTEND IT TO BE A COMPLETE AND UNCONDITIONAL RELEASE OF ALL LIABILITY TO THE GREATEST EXTENT ALLOWED BY LAW, AND AGREE THAT, IF ANY PORTION OF THIS AGREEMENT IS HELD TO BE INVALID, THE BALANCE, NOTWITHSTANDING, SHALL CONTINUE IN FULL FORCE AND EFFECT. I HAVE READ AND UNDERSTAND THIS ENTIRE AGREEMENT AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY ITS TERMS.

Shipping

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days, unless otherwise stated.

Orders placed outside of normal business hours, on weekends, or on holidays will be processed on the next available business day.

Customers will receive a shipping confirmation email once an order has been shipped.

Shipping Rates and Delivery

Shipping and handling costs are calculated during the checkout process.

Delivery times are estimates provided by the shipping carrier and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to weather, carrier issues, supply disruptions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, risk of loss passes to the customer.

Shipping Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

American Wholesale Hemp is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Additional shipping fees may apply if an order must be re-shipped due to incorrect address information.

Lost or Delayed Shipments

If your shipment appears lost or significantly delayed, please contact us so we can assist with initiating a carrier investigation where possible.

While we will make reasonable efforts to assist, carrier outcomes cannot be guaranteed once the shipment has been transferred to the shipping provider.

Returns & Refunds

We want customers to be satisfied with their purchase. If there is an issue with your order, please review the return guidelines below.

Damaged or Incorrect Products

If a product arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact American Wholesale Hemp within 30 days of receiving your order.

Customers may be asked to provide photos of the damaged item or packaging to assist with the claim process.

Depending on the situation, we may offer a replacement item or issue a refund for the affected product.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for return, items must:

• Be returned within 30 days of delivery
• Be in new and unused condition
• Be returned in the original packaging

Items showing signs of use, damage, or missing components may not be eligible for return.

Return Shipping

Order Cancellations

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled and must follow the return process described above.

Orders may be canceled if:
